Tru Lodging RV Park

Very nice owner. The price is very reasonable and affordable. The managers are very polite and they live on site as well, they are very attentive and if you ever have an issue they take care of it right away also they keep the grounds very well maintained, This site has a laundry mat with a working change machine, and is always clean and kept up. They also have an ice machine, A shower and I believe I seen a dog park also onsite. The park is in a very good location, Right up the road they have a community swimming pool with a small gym, they also sell food there and it’s very well priced. There is a dollar store and grocery store near by as well. The local police station and fire station is only about a min away, It is very small town and everyone I have met so far has been super friendl

Very peaceful and clean. The laundry room is always clean.Staff is Friendly and Nice . Just had a tiny issue with mice coming in my rv when they cut grass. But I recommend this RV park I love it

Manager is super friendly. He lives on site. Park is close to a marina with fresh off the boat shrimp in season. All the sites are black topped and level. Lots of families.

Great location! This brand new clean and peaceful park was the perfect home base for our exploration of the Creole Nature Trail, a national scenic byway. There is also crabbing, fishing, and shrimping. The 11-unit laundry is very clean. There is only one shower, but it is clean as well. The internet, tv antenna reception, and Verizon cell signal were all strong. The owner is gracious and personable. There are plans for a picnic pavilion with grills and more showers soon. I'm hoping shade trees around the perimeter as well. There is a constant hum from a pump of some kind at the out edge of the property that is just white noise. The bells from a nearby church during the day were very nice as were the sunsets.

The parking area is in great shape and is well maintained and also has a pay for ice machine on the property. The laundry facility has plenty of machines and is very clean. The bathroom/shower was another story hence the two star rating. The bathroom was filthy. It looks as though it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I’m glad I had some cleaning supplies with me because I had to clean the bugs and slime out of the sink to be able to use it. I wasn’t going to touch the toilet it was so filthy. I texted management and he said the cleaner had something come up and missed cleaning it the last couple of days. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks based on the garbage on the floor and the 100’s of spiders, webs and dead bugs from ceiling to floor. The shower curtain and rug looked like they
