Just moved into our RV last month. It's peaceful & our neighbors are quiet and our neighbors that we've met so far are nice. I like it being a small RV park. The rent is reasonable too. The landlord is really nice and he doesn't mind picking up the rent. Unfortunately two of the domes in my bathroom or broken from a previous hail storm sometime before we moved in and hoping those will be replaced soon. Maybe in the near future there might be a larger RV that we could move into.
My friends live here and like it alot. Only issue is owner is slow to fix things. It's a quiet place, a bit makeshift rv park, but most are in Odessa. English speaking owner, so easy to communicate with them. Reasonable on prices. 4 star because of slowness to fix stuff or work around the issue. Probably 3 star because of that alone.
Quiet hidden get away lot, with quick access to the highway. Convenient fenced in location , fast internet, best price for the area, and a very friendly landlord. Simply the best of the west.
Nice leveled lots, friendly owner, nice and quiet area away from traffic
