C and J Estates RV Park

I travel for work and this is one of the best RV parks I’ve stayed in. The free laundry room is a big plus, especially here in Odessa. The park is kept really clean and it has so much space for your RV and multiple vehicles to be fully covered from the weather.

First things first, the owner is so friendly and genuine. Second the place is quiet even on a weekend evening. I have had no trouble at with anything, setting up the RV was a breeze. The ground is levelled, clean and sturdy, the fixtures for the water and sewage are new fixtures. The electrical boxes are also new and I have yet to see any bugs or spiders inside them, which is a huge win in my book. I definitely would come here instead of all the other places around the area. Another huge plus the laundry room is super cute, the snack machines are always full, and washing/ drying (updated machines) is FREE! My neighbours have been nothing but welcoming and helpful, the RV lot hands are also a call away! I have been to some places in the past with dumpsters overflowing and the ground totally

This is a great park with covered parking and regular lots. Lots of space for our dogs to run and a free laundry room with free washers and dryers. He just bought a large new washer as one was beginning to fail. The owner is very fast to respond to anything needed and has excellent maintenance folks that also help. It’s a great location for oil field work as it’s on the far west side of Odessa, Texas.

This place is great! Mr. Ramon was incredibly accommodating and easy to get ahold of and communicate with. Very clean, quiet, and secure park away from the city. The laundry facility is not coin operated which is a huge plus and has vending machines with snacks and drinks. I’ll recommend this place to everyone!
