Trendwest Resort

Although this place is very nice, it is not somewhere you want to forget anything. We accidentally left a personal item behind in the restroom. After checkout and the cleaning was done, nothing was reported left in the room. We were told to give it a few days as it could take a while for things to be logged into the system. Now we are told it would have been logged immediately and nothing was reported found in the room. We know exactly where the item was left and told them this information yet we still have not been helped. At this point it is too late and I doubt the item will be reported as found. Disappointed.

Was here for a "presentation" but wasn't told it would be 2 hours long! They gave me $50 to cover transportation but it is so far off the strip my Lyft cost over $60 round trip with tip. Plus wasted over an hour of my time getting there and back. Don't fall for the scheme!

Trash! Don't come here they will run your credit and open a credit card for you! When you decline after the sales presentation they get upset. Disgusting business! Do not go!

Very nice place to stay. Free parking and rides to the strip.
