Trees Motel

You pay for what you get. This isn't the Ritz and didn't expect it. It seemed clean, though very very dated. The 3 bed room was very cramped but ok for 1 night. for the price you can't really complain too much.

My room 107 was super quaint and homey. It was clean. I was pleased to find a kitchenette with toaster oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, utensils and dishes, little bar with seats, and separate from the rest of the room. The shower was interesting, small stand up shower. Cute decor in the room. It was really comfy. I couldn't get the wifi to connect is my only complaint.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed at. Here is a partial list of the problems:|A towel rack fell of the wall which had been repaired so many times it no longer adhered to the wall. The front porch light dangled from its cord, broken. The area under the bathroom sink was filthy. The bathroom light did not work. A sign on the office door said the manager would be available at 8 a.m. In fact the manager was not available till 4 p.m. There was only one bedside nightstand.

Great customer service. After a few phone call attempts, I spoke with Stephanie about my last minute cancellation due to the nearby fires, and she was so understanding. There are still good humans in the world. I look forward to staying here next time when I’m in Bishop.

I stayed here for a week, September 1 - 7, 2024. I enjoyed my stay so much I didn't want to leave. My room was clean and had lots of room.. The bed was extremely comfortable with the softest sheets and comforter. Outside the room are nice chair swings. My favorite is the grassy common area out front . Covered with beautiful shade trees and plenty of chairs to sit and relax to take in a sunset over the mountains to the west. Overall, it is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Good location. The manager, Jason, was very kind and friendly. All of the staff I interacted with were very nice and accommodating. I will stay here again on my next trip back to Bishop.
