I was blown away how clean and well-kept this little place is. And the AC is ice cold! This is an outstanding alternative to pricy Vegas strip hotels and is still walkable to so much. I felt very safe here too, didn’t feel sketchy. Don’t be scared off by the glass between you and the front desk in the lobby. Didn’t have many occupied rooms around me either so the place was nice and quiet all night. Can’t recommend this place enough, excellent value!

Noise insulation was bad. We could hear creaking for every movement from upper floor room. Bed was not comfortable. Floor was sticky and not clean. Beddings had a cigarette hole. Floor was sticky and not thoroughly cleaned Room deposit of $100 was cash only. At check-out, you could leave your luggage at the reception, but at your own risk they said.

Beware. I tried to check in with a valid California digital ID. One of two states that has a legal digital ID. Not only did they not let me check in with mine, as most other hotels do, but were EXTREMELY rude about it. The icing on the cake is Expedia is working on getting at least a 70% refund, but haven't heard anything back as of yet. Will update if they refund money that should not be kept after a refusal to check in followed by prompt cancelation. **** UPDATE*** It looks as if refund is processing, will update when completed!

They take a $100 cash deposit and inspect your room before you leave. they had a huge fight with the party checking out ahead of us because she got period blood on the sheet so they wouldn't refund the $100. I mean thats a little steep for something that washes out or even if you have to buy a whole new sheet, that doesnt cost $100. Perhaps the staff gets to keep the $100 so they look for a way to cause you to forfeit it?
