Travelodge by Wyndham Grants Pass

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities that met my needs. The view from the window was nice, and the hotel’s facilities were adequate, including a small spa area and a restaurant that offered decent food. The location was convenient, close to some attractions, though it was a bit quiet and not in the most lively area. Overall, it was a solid stay for the price, and I’d consider returning if I’m in the area. It’s a good option for travelers looking for a straightforward, no-frills experience.

My stay at Travelodge by Wyndham Grants Pass was okay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a few issues with Wi-Fi connectivity and the water pressure in the shower. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay if you're on a budget, but don’t expect luxury. I might consider other options next time, but it was an acceptable experience.

I normally I don’t write a bad reviews this is exception, my son & I stayed at the Travelodge Grant Pass. It started off ok, I am 65 year old Navy vet, requested a ground floor at first they didn’t have us on ground, but they were able to accommodate. When we got in the room I put on the deadbolt, later in the night someone tried to enter the room not once but twice. When I was checking out I told them what happened, the manager apologize she didn’t look to see if the room was occupied & booked the room to someone else. I ask if I could get free night stay for inconvenience, the manager said the best they could was $18 off.

The room had only one light, mounted on the wall opposite the bed. The towels were stained. There was no chair in which to sit. There was no service at all during the 4 days I stayed there, so the only time the trash was emptied was when I took it to a large trash can on the outside. Most of the “guests” were not travelers but instead appeared to be otherwise homeless people who were being housed at the hotel by the local government.

We booked 2 rooms and when we checked in, there was smoking/vaping smell all around. Open air hallways were filled with smell and rooms were hard to breathe in. Bedsheets were stained and dirty. We couldn’t stay there with kids and left immediately. Found a good place to spend night nearby.
