Travelodge by Wyndham Coffeyville

Very nice room. All the amenities were fine. Clean! Loved having hot water so fast. Ease of moving around with wheelchair. Front desk was friendly and helpful. My only complaint there needs to be a handrail or bar in bathroom for rising from toilet. Missed brown bag breakfast.

Place was clean and bed were comfy. The only thing I had concern was is that we hung the door sign to not clean and maid came in and fixed one bed but not the other. That’s how we knew they came in.

No elevator to 2nd floor. Paid for a room that we didn't get. No free breakfast, no coffee or tea in rooms. No ice bucket or glasses in rooms. Nice garden pool. Staff was friendly.

Bed Bugs and no common decency from manager, even though and employee agree they were bed bugs. Registered a complaint and told us that someone would contact is with no one contacting and its been 2 weeks. Rather disgusted with non response from company nor manager. So sad.

Iv stayed 3 times now the staff are alway excellent and so kind. Everytime i come to coffeyville i try to stay here. The pool is nice,the rooms are always clean.
