Travelette Motel

Update: I seen a roach on the dresser Another update: I haven’t seen another and this has been our go to spot for years. They’re nice folk and the room is good for the price. Not disgusting like the other Indian joints. I’m not saying however, walk on the floor with your feet. But for the price, don’t bother experimenting with other places.

We spent the first night of a road trip here, to save some money. The motel is a little pink thing with a big carport over the entrance, featuring a jaunty '50s couple and their suitcases. We were pleased to see it was not run-down and creepy like so many of the nearby motels. The rate was pretty good for NJ, $63 including tax.|| Our room was in a little 'C' shaped wing behind the office. It was large and clean. The furnishings were outdated, but in good repair. The rug had recently been replaced, and the walls were brightly painted. We had a queen bed, and although the mattress was a little old, the sheets were very clean. We were on our way to Baltimore when we stopped in New Jersey to rest for night. We stopped at 3 or 4 motels before running into this quaint little spot. Was clean and fairly priced. They provided us with late night menus to restaurant that would deliver to us if we were hungry. Staff was pleasant as well.we road trip often and if we are ever in the area again we will be staying here.

Most disgusting dirty room i ever been in shower broken , toilet flushed on its own during night. Felt very itchy. All night. Bed was all springs. Air conditioner was dirtyVery bad. Odor. Came out. All brown inside windows had towels seal. Mgnr very rude

They are DISGUSTING! Please don’t stay here! Mice! Mice! MICE! I’m extremely sick right now because they refused to fix the problem but continued to take my husband and I money every week though!! I HATE the woman she’s been ignorant and disrespectful! I tried calling the health department but they haven’t answered yet, RIDICULOUS! Please don’t stay here, especially room 101 it’s infested with mice
