Absolutely disgusting and they don’t even “let you” “use” one of their housekeepers, and they have rats. All of that and they charge you $1400 A WEEK!!! Yes you read that right! My mother in law has been there for a little over 2 months

Will not ever come back to this hotel. There were cigarette burns on the bedsheets. First, their website lied and said they were pet friendly and when we get there they say they are not....they overcharged us for the room. When it came to check-out time, housekeeping just barged in our room! Not a good experience at all

Friendly, helpful staff & comfortable beds. Otherwise, the property sub-standard. Our bathroom showed signs of wear & tear, to include a blotch on the wirror. Also, the protective film had not been removed from the refrigerator. Further, the TV was not operational until an employee reset it to the proper channel, there were no instructions or channel guide in the room, & the screen was covered with smudges. Finally, the "free breakfast" was a packaged oatmeal cookie with oreo cream.

The best part about this hotel is the location. It is within walking distance of restaurants and a shopping plaza. To give this hotel a 1 star rating is gracious because based on my experience it honestly deserves none. If at all possible avoid this hotel. In addition to being infested with bed bugs and roaches, the staff will enter into your room when you are not present even with a do not disturb sign on the door. They do not respect your privacy. This happened to me several times and I have proof they entered my room more than once. When I spoke to management about my room being entered into I was basically told the staff reserves the right to enter the rooms whenever they want to for whatever reason when your not present because it is private property. The worst place I have ever stayed there was live roaches bed bugs and cigarette burns on the sheets dirty showers and the mini fridge smell like beer will never go back ever.
