Travel Inn Riviera Beach

We enjoyed our stay here. We arrived late, around 10p but, late check in was not a problem. I love these old Florida motels but they're usually pretty dated. This one has had some recent love. Our room was spotless, the shower was large, bright, had excellent water pressure and temperature control. The bed was comfortable. The a/c was cold and appeared newer with a humidity control option. There was a small closet area that could double as a kitchenette with its microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. I liked that it was seperate from the room. Most important (for me) was the absence of funky odors.... it only smelled clean. We stayed at the Travel Inn of Riviera as part of a scuba diving trip. We wanted to be near the Blue Heron Bridge and the PuraVida Dive Shop that is also near the bridge. This is a very nice little motel. We like this type of motel when we scuba dive so we can enter the room directly without going through a hotel lobby as we are usually wet and have a lot of wet dive gear. This place was nicer than I expected. They do a good job of cleaning the rooms. The cleaning staff are very nice and they provide extra towels if needed. They even change the sheets every other day. The bathrooms have been updated and they are very nice. This place looks much better on the inside than it does on the outside. The owners are nice people. Great location near Port of Palm Beach....a little sketch area but the front desk was secure and the property is super clean. Great price for the area. Was there night before my cruise.

We stayed here the night before we left on a cruise. Very clean. Bathrooms are wonderful! Very friendly staff. A great place to stay and close to the ports.

Dont let the area fool you! Its very nice clean QUIET ROOM nice big shower MODERNIZED UPDATED ROOMS. THE AREA IS SKETCHY but its 3 miles to port for cruises and scuba divers comr to this place. ITS WELL MAINTAINED BY OWNERS WHO ARE VERY NICE. I almost didn't even come take my room that I already paid for because of the area! Do not be deterred it's a decent nice place and very reasonable
