Travel Inn Montgomery AL I-65

Rooms are extremely outdated and VERY small. Owners get mad at every little thing, I asked for toilet paper and they complained. I brought clothes into my room; they complained. Be ready to have random people come up to your room DOOR and CAR asking for lighters and RIDES, yes you read that correctly people under the influence will come to you and ask if you will drive them somewhere… the audacity. Management doesn’t do anything about it, they actually encourage it. Meals on wheels comes here weekly to drop off food for the drug heads and the homeless that should tell you exactly what type of place this is. There is a stray cat outside as well that everyone there basically feeds and helps take care of, the owners HATE it, they actually get mad when people feed it. This is a place to go whe

The bed was trash, the room was terrible, and it was too noisy to sleep. It's pretty pathetic when you're out in the parking lot, with cars coming and going, and it's quieter than the room. If you can stay anywhere else, stay there. In fact, stay anywhere but this city.

It’s new management, I’ve been staying here for a couple days and haven’t had any issues, only thing I can say is be prepared for absolutely no frills here. The first room we got put in I guess hasn’t gotten renovated yet so it had this horrid black and blue paint on one wall and a 12 inch tv. NO ROACHES. I have stayed at majority of all the cheap hotels/motels in Montgomery and it’s hard to find a cheap place with no insects and this one has NONE. The paint needs to be done and it’s not the cleanest but it’s 58$ a night on Priceline and it’s quiet. I’ve seen reviews of people saying theyres shootings and hookers, that was 7-8 years ago. Everyone here keeps to themselves. If you need a place to sleep and shower then this is your place, if you’re expecting a high end room then go somewhere

I was very skeptical at first after reading the reviews but decided to take a chance on it and it was the best decision I could have made. This place is under New Management and I can definitely tell. The customer service skills with exceptional. It's a family-owned business and they make you feel like your family. Anything I ask for they were more than happy to accommodate. I definitely will be back

Arrived late due to flight issues.Owner was there to greet me and escorted me to my room. For the price I didn't expect a luxury setting.|The room was small,not a problem. Bed was comfortable. There wasn't a towel in the room. The toilet seat was cracked in half and pinched when I tried to use it. Paid for two nights but left after only one.
