Within 5 mins from biketoberfest. Good rooms for a good price. Basic, a little outdated but that's ok when you just need a place to lay your head and a place to shower. Lady in the office was very nice.

I really wanted to like this place....I hate leaving such a review for a business and everyone I spoke to there was very nice, and the location/price were good, but....the rug in our room smelled just awful. We bought air fresheners and put them all over but it didn't help at all. We asked some other people there (it was filled up for bike week) and they said "every room smells weird" and said their toilet kept running and the tv only got 1 channel so I felt slightly better about our room! Except for the obvious lack of cleaning done to our toilet before we arrived But oh man...in a warm climate, when the rug is that bad they really just need to rip it out.
