Trails West RV Park

We had a great experience during our extended stay here. Got to know some of the long term tenants and enjoyed visiting with them. The owners and managers were always friendly when we saw them. Highly recommend them if you need a place to stay short or long term.

I have been here for work for over a year. This is a very quiet place to park my 40' motorcoach. They have done a lot of work on the park and it really turned out great. The people here are friendly and it feels safe and secure. I feel like people are watching out for one another. I feel really lucky to have found this park! The price has been great too!!!

We stayed at trails west for almost 2 years while building a house. The stay was great. owner and her son were always nice to visit with and the managers were always friendly when we saw them. Pricing was very reasonable.

I have stayed here all summer for 2 years now (winter in az) and I love It! Nice n shady, elec. Included in rent, basic cable, nobody bothers you. Some of the people live here full time, friendly and nice. The highway is loud, but with a/c the windows are closed n you get used to it. Beautiful view of Blue Mountains, nice for dogs n cats too.

The manager was very rude, and acts like she is better than everyone else staying in the park. Not a very welcoming atmosphere for sure.in the two weeks I stayed there, the showers, and bathrooms were not cleaned or even inspected for trash. Toward the end of our 2 week stay, we were told by manager that anyone that is unemployed or has any misdemeanor, or felony charges couldn't stay in the park, and would not even give us an application and that "all spaes in the park would be occupied within a couple of weeks anyway." Then we were actually asked to leave a day earlier than what had already been paid for. I can see why it's the only r.v. Park in the area that is not even close to being full of occupants, as they don't appear to want any occupants at all.
