Trailer Park

Only good thing about this place is he didn’t run background or credit and allowed month to month lease. Had money in hand got to move in. Bad thing don’t be 2 days late and have kids u get evicted because of unforeseen circumstances. The trailor I stayed in supposedly got rewired all the way through but I’m left with a 710$ electric bill that I cannot pay. Now I have to get help. Then the daughter has cameras that record sound and can hear all thru the trailor park that he doesn’t tell u about before hand he is 80 something years old can’t remember to fix the things wrong with house but can remember to collect rent. Make it make sense. Bless all who live there. Maybe I’m tripping. Just my experience

The park seems to be quite, it looks as though everyone keep there Windows blinds closed and they mind their own business. The owners keep the grass cut and they also pay the water. Big plus, the parents seems to monitor their children ,they do not run wild out here. The people are friendly and I don't see unleashed pets.

Anyone know the phone number for the landlord?

I've been raised near there for my entire life. With few exception of rude people who take advantage of the owner's kindness it is genuinely a nice place. However the main road that it says to get there is not correct and is infact someone else's private road and theirs is a small one to the right of it.

Best landlord best neighbors. The area is great for families with animals ... can't imagine living anywhere else in keithville
