We contacted this park due to one of the reviews... at least it helped us make the decision. However; the law enforcement run comment is only partially true. The landlord is a retired constable. Not active law enforcement. There are cameras all over, which is comforting. There are two unwritten rules we were told about by other residents. 1. Do not call in law enforcement or you will run the risk of eviction. 2. Do not speak out against the landlord's girlfriend or you run the risk of eviction. The park has a very serious infestation of roaches, fleas, rats, and mice. Our letter to the landlord was never responded to. We sprayed our trailer monthly and even provided neighbors with spray and our RV still ended up with far too many roaches for our liking. The electrical needs a very s
