Trail Motel

14 year's ago the trail Motel has been a blessing for me and a whole lot of people clean and the dean's in a whole are just saying are the kindest people and the caring people in Greene county and most certainly definitely importantly when you are in a bind at anytime in life and need a clean comfortable respectful environment to call home for a while a week month even a year I promise you that you will not and mean will not find any place as nice and as adorable as they possibly provide folk's in need of shelter in times of need not a chance of finding another joint anywhere close to the welcoming price of the trail Motel and did I mention awesome amazing people the entire Dean family ya dig it just saying that's my two cents actually my whole wallet of opinions of the trail Motel 💯🫡💪🏻✊🏻🙏

Terrible room and service the rooms have bed bugs and everything is broke in the rooms tv doesn't work or anything worst place in Virginia by far especially the bed bugs this place should be condemned

Totally sketch, one star motel that is incredibly dated. But, can’t beat the price. Room was clean, albeit, only amenities are soap and a small scratchy towel. Road noise terrible from 29, earplugs a must. Parking in front of room too tight for my comfort but ample other parking options. Room had microwave and refrigerator. I will be watching my credit card closely next few weeks because they hand wrote the card information assuring me it would be shredded, TBD. Front desk person was incredibly friendly and overly concerned I knew the rules and operation of the TV. I assured her I wouldn’t smoke in the non smoking room. I didn’t even know businesses still had smoking rooms. It was the “bates” trail motel for $59 plus tax of the holiday inn express for $170 plus tax. And for 9 hours of u

Staff were not friendly. I arrived at the motel looking for a 1 night stay and they stated they only had one room available (not many cars or trucks in the lot). The sign for no vacancy stayed off for the whole night. The room was bare and only 1 light bulb worked in the room. Thankfully the bathroom light worked. The room smelled and was very dusty. The bed sheets were not washed recently and the room, overall, was dusty and not freshly cleaned.

The rooms are nice but you have to clean it your self the maids get attitudes if you ask for anything. Not a good place to bring a child as there's nothing but drunks and drug addicts living there. There's also a bed bug infestation and they will not fix the problem
