Tradewinds On The Bay

This place is great. Very helpful staff and beautiful, remote and peaceful location. Great spot for birdwatching over the bay. I love the spacious units with separate bedroom, electric fireplace and practically a full kitchen (minus the oven/stove). When I’m here, I love to visit River View Dining ( cash only) in South Bend for their clam chowder and one of a kind barbequed oysters, The Wandering Goose in Tokeland for their gorgeous decor, unique food and farm/animals (closed until after xmas in 2025). Nelson’s seafood in Tokeland is also worth a visit for their espresso drinks and their “seafood cocktails” I had the hijiki salad and squid ones and both were awesome.

This place is a slice of heaven! The room was beautiful, and the set-up was perfect for what we were looking for. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the shower was luxurious. Don't even get me started on the view or the spa. I want to return in the summer and take advantage of the pool next time. This little gem is a secret worth sharing.

Difficult to review. All good, no complaints, but we did not take full advantage of all its possibilities (swimming pool, hot tub). This might be a good place to have a family reunion, wedding or the like. Have an adjacent events center. Staff very helpful. $20 discount with players card from nearby casino.

One of my favorite places to stay. Their Wi-Fi sucks and the TVs are hit or miss. But it’s great for relaxation. They are very, very clean. And a wonderful location. The beds are just meh. The fold out couch is downright torturous. Lol. 🤣

For a budget motel, the room is comfortable and peaceful. Has a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. The nearby casino has good food at good prices.
