Townhouse Motel

The owner encouraged me to make an online reservation to save myself money! That tells us what a kind, thoughtful, and honest human being he is. Very affordable and 75% cheaper than any other room in a 10 mile radius. The reservation was seamless as was the check in. We were allowed to check in early. This was a holiday weekend, and luckily, I found this perfect little gem in downtown Weed CA. The room was super clean, very quiet, and pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again. If you just need a place to crash and lay your weary head, this is it! Highly recommend.

Absolutely Disgusting—Avoid This Hotel Nothing about this place was okay. TL;DR: The hotel is filthy, and we were price gouged—charged $201 for a room that’s now showing at $84. From the moment we walked in, we were hit with an overwhelming musty odor. Our room was an awkwardly connected setup for a second bed, and when we opened the interior door, an even worse mildew stench poured out. Running the AC only made it worse since the smell was partly coming from the unit itself. We had to open every window for hours just to make it barely tolerable, but the reek never fully left. While the sheets at least smelled laundered, it didn’t matter because the room’s foul odor clung to everything. Other disgusting details: • Mildew on the shower curtain • Toilet constantly hissing thanks to a tap

Positive: The refrigerator had a freezer for my ice bags to keep me meds cold. I also loved the carpeting on the floor so I could comfortably do my exercises. So many of the newer motels have fake wooden floors. Negative: N/A

Older rooms, decent service. The café down the road is charming and has fabulous pastries and service

We were looking for a place for stay one night, we are camping, one of the most convenient prices was this, next day was raining hard, so we need to stay another night, the place was clean, white towels and sheets, is what I like it, comfortable, with little fridge and microwave, and the service of Jessica and the crew was awesome, so at the end we stayed for 3 nights, and I no regret, if you are looking for a convenient place is this, Shasta is really expensive, more at this time of the year, (Summer time)so Weed is good option and of course The townhouse, go and met tge nice people work over there! 🙏💕
