Comfort Inn Mount Shasta Area

Blown away by the quality for price. On par with small Marriott and Hilton properties. Friendly, helpful front desk associates. Lots of delicious options at free breakfast. A spacious recently renovated room with immaculate surfaces. Very impressive.

This past weekend stay was probably the at this property in the 2+ years I have been staying here. The clock in the breakfast room has to be reset since daylight savings time. The breakfast room has too many tables for the size of the room. The overwhelming numbers of tables often hinders people being able to sit in the room. Get rid of some of the tables. Actually, these are the wrong type of table for the breakfast room. Doug and Preston at the front desk are very cordial, accommodating and recognize returning customers, at least with me they do. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job although I cannot tell you nay of their names. Thank you

This place has false advertising. The rooms are poorly maintained. The carpet is so old and dirty and torn in places. Half the bathroom lights were burned out. It looks like they ordered their contractor off Temu. The doors all have dents in them. I'm wondering if this was a former crack hotel you rent by the hour. The hot tub was broken and the pool was neglected. I had to stay here 2 nights. I would not recommend staying here. I would give it one star for the comfortable beds, clean linen, and nice pillows.

We have stayed here 2 times. It is a convenient location in beautiful Mt. Shasta. The place is super clean, well maintained, plenty of parking and close to star bucks and Tesla chargers. This time around we noticed they had cleaned and upgraded the rooms with new carpets, couches, furniture etc which we appreciate. If you’re passing through and need a place to stay in Mt. Shasta, look no further.

I had exceptional service from your staff. A special mention to the young man named Preston. He was very accommodating as I needed to extend my stay a few times. I actually was briefly stuck in your broken elevator. A couple bangs on the door and he was to the rescue. Probably stuck for less than a minute. He was very calm and professional. Things happen. Good place to stay.
