TownePlace Suites by Marriott Thousand Oaks Agoura Hills

We had to move out of house and our new home wasn’t ready for 3 weeks. We explored Airbnb. The cost due to dogs was outrageous. ||I have more than 1000 nights at the Marriott brand hotels. I was hesitant to stay with 2 dogs in hotel. I came by the Townplace and met the manager Jeff. He set all of my concerns at ease. We have a few nights left and it’s been amazing. The staff here has gone above and beyond to make life here easy. How can we complain. Hot breakfast every morning. The cleaning staff works around our pups. Lots of space to walk the dogs and plenty of stations to dispose of the well you know what. ||The room is very spacious. All the amenities you need. Great location.

The people are nice from front desk to cleaning staff. The public spaces are very nice, the rooms are clean in good shape the one i had was a weird layout.

can’t say enough about how above and beyond Christina went during my stay. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and showed a level of kindness that is truly rare. It wasn’t just good service — it was genuine care. She made me feel seen and valued, not like just another guest passing through. The space felt private, peaceful, and safe — somewhere I could truly unwind and forget my worries. That sense of comfort was entirely thanks to Christina. I left feeling deeply cared for and incredibly grateful.

Our room was clean and cozy. Having the kitchenette worked perfectly to be able to cook our kid her specifics foods. The breakfast provided on Sunday worked perfectly with turkey sausage options, but today, had to settle for a bagel since everything was of pork options. The pool was warm and the fire pits was a great hangout area in the evening.

LOVED the location. Very quiet and safe. Good amount of parking. There's a gym a few buildings down. Every restaurant closes early though except for McDonald's and Jack in the Box. Breakfast was decent. The staff was amazing though. The room was clean and well prepared. I just felt like the pillows were too soft and the bed was too hard.
