Absolutely horrible experience. Im an Ambassador Elite Member with Marriott and I understand what good customer service is because I've been around the world and I've had wonderful experiences. However this was the most disappointing experience I've ever had. I booked a stay for 1 night and explained that I will need 2 and I would book the second night in the morning. I was told by the young lady at the counter that she would take care of it and all that was needed of me was to talk to and check in with the clerk at the front desk tomorrow but the room was secured. I politely thanked her. The next day I get a call asking me when will I be checking out. I was confused and stated that I was told I had a second day and I will be stopping by the front desk when I return this afternoon. The cle

we got here late after 12 hours of driving. we checked we had a dog when we made our reservation, but i guess they missed it. after lugging our luggage, dog, and an infant up to our room, we are immediately greeted with small ROACHES (meaning there’s MORE that are unseen). upon getting to our room, they called us back down to charge us $100 for the dog. understandable, but a bit steep for a ROACH INFESTED hotel. we paid but this place is DISGUSTING. the halls are HOT, HUMID, and STINK. their sinks don’t drain, carpets have a nasty crunch throughout, beds dip in the middle, WI-FI DOESN’T WORK. they offered to move us to a different room, but if we hadn’t had been so exhausted, i would have cancelled the whole reservation. i am not going to even bother with their breakfast. if they have smal

The room we stayed in was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had plenty of room for our things and the dog kennel. The breakfast had many hot and cold choices and was delicious! The area around the hotel had many grassy areas for our dog. We will definitely stay here again.

I just had the best experience booking a same-day reservation with Lyrical in customer service at TownePlace Suites, Odessa TX. She was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. My request was complex and she answered all my questions and helped me get my reservation finalized. I am a Marriott fan and want to give a shout out to Lyrical! You rock!!!

Upon check-in, I immediately noticed the app had defaulted to my personal card instead of my work card. I politely asked to have the card on file switched, but unfortunately, I was assisted by a supervisor who was less than polite. Any question I asked was met with negativity, and at no point was I welcomed or given any direction as a first-time guest. Instead, my card was tossed on the counter with a dismissive “here you go.” I travel frequently for work and have been searching for a hotel convenient to both of my offices, but I can confidently say this will not be one I return to. When booking through the app, the only option available was a prepaid rate, which meant my card was charged at the time of booking rather than at checkout.
