The location of this hotel is very close to a Costco, and other restaurants which is very convenient. Rooms seem a bit outdated, but has everything you need. The sink in my kitchen wouldn’t drain properly. But it has a free breakfast,

Our room was incredibly clean and we had fantastic service by the cleaners. The breakfast is different on weekends and weekdays. The weekend breakfast being nicer. Nice to have different options than just the traditional waffles (included oatmeal and eggs and sausages) - but could have used some pastries or muffins. There is a small outdoor pool, but it was well maintained. Overall, a good value for your stay.! We would stay here again!

Met all my needs for a business trip. I got the studio and was a bit worried about the TV placement - but it is on a swivel so I could watch the TV from bed. Front desk staff were friendly, prompt, & professional. Check in & out was super easy. I was only using the place to sleep and work but I appreciated the kitchenette to make food and store my leftovers. I would stay here again as it met all my needs, was clean, and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe.

Make sure when you have a reservation that the front desk person checks you in for the right time and date. We were not informed that we could not check in at 2am so they charged us on the 14th instead and were trying to charge us again for the 15th-16th date. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude to my cousin who was not informed and I was trying to help her with this unfortunate situation but the front desk person was making her feel dumb for what just happened. Then I told the front desk we should have been informed about check in times for our reservation and he told me well I wasn’t there which is extremely disrespectful. The front desk person did not help or accommodate for this situation at all. Find another worker who cares about their customers and who actually informs them

Would not recommend at all. I feel bad writing this as the front desk ladies were so nice but the room was terrible. There was no other rooms available so we could not switch rooms. We have stayed here in the past and it was fine, but this time the carpet was all wet, the shower faucet was vibrating because it was detaching from the wall, the floor was moldy and the bathroom doors did not close. Beds were comfy though.
