Courtyard by Marriott Minneapolis West

I have stayed here so many times and it is a consistently excellent experience each time. Everyone at the front desk is extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I had a great experience with Angela each morning. She works the breakfast area. She is someone that genuinely enjoys taking care of people and it shows. The world needs more people like her. I look forward to returning soon!

Very nice hotel! My room was well-decorated with nice colors and tones; I loved that it had a small work desk that could be pulled adjacent to the comfortable couch.|There was also a traditional desk but it was nice to sit on the couch on work. Every employee that I had an encounter with was friendly, kind and helpful. Room was clean and every other day partial housekeeping was more than adequate for my needs; I appreciated that they kept the coffee stocked (doesn’t always happen in places like the Hampton Inn) and room was tidied. All around - very impressive!

My daughter and her fiancé were having a church wedding and looked for a place for a wedding reception. We gave them a budget. They were shocked by prices with many venues requesting thousands of dollars just to walk in the door. The couple settled on the Marriott in part because the venue cost was waived if a certain amount was spent on food. It was a great place to have a reception. First of all, the hotel caters to business travelers so occupancy is lower on the weekend. Second of all, travelers can just go up the elevator to their rooms after the reception ends. This is particularly important for people who drink more than is appropriate if you are going to drive. Third, a wedding coordinator is assigned to help with all sorts of things — selecting the food and reception area,

Exceptional customer service and very cozy, friendly, and professional atmosphere! Safe too! Convience in every aspect for out of towners! Fine dining and very economical restaurant connected to the hotel! I must also highlight the Starbucks and excellent customer service received! Josh, must be highlighted and highly commended for his act of kindness and professionalism while checking me in! Thank you is not enough, but it's a start! I definitely recommend this hotel, thank me later! ☺️ I look forward to returning from North Carolina very soon!

Positive: Great beds. Very clean. Negative: No breakfast included. Don?t like Keurig coffee n machines because of potential bacteria in them. No microwave in room. No tea available
