TownePlace Suites by Marriott Minneapolis Downtown/North Loop

Words truly cannot express the gratitude we feel for Erika during our stay at TowneSuites in the North Loop. Our family was displaced due to a house fire and stayed here for a couple of weeks, and Erika went above and beyond to make such a difficult time easier for us. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care meant more to our family than she will ever know. The entire staff was wonderful and welcoming. Steven’s customer service was also excellent! Great conversation, friendly, and he truly makes you feel at home. This hotel is lucky to have such an amazing team. We are incredibly thankful for everyone who made our stay comfortable during such a challenging time.

Easy to find, onsite parking and within walking distance to the activities were planned. Staff was friendly despite how busy they were. Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning..nothing special but good and filling

Positive: The gentleman who checked us in after midnight was helpful with the parking. Our two-bedroom room was fantastic & quiet. Breakfast was good. The lady at breakfast immediately refilled the waffles when I asked about it. Ladies at the desk were pleasant. Negative: ""

Location is unbeatable! Close to everything we needed and very safe. The room itself was clean and tidy. The pool was clean and a nice bonus to the hotel. Front desk service lady was not very friendly, at night however the front desk staff(man) was very attentive and kind with gathering extra linen for our room! Would stay here again.

This hotel is really starting to show its age. It’s not the fresh new building it once was. Simple things AC and WiFi didn’t work. I brought this the attention of staff who suggested that’s the way it is and would send someone to look but no one showed up. The bed was uncomfortable which led to bad sleeps during my stay. I’ve been asked by front desk staff and management about how my stay was. At no point did anyone say sorry for my experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
