TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hobbs

Both The General Manager and Regional Manager are super wonderful. A family member had a big surgery and need a handicap room. Lahcen and Vaness went on and byone to make sure our request was taken care of. We did have to extended our room when we notified The GM she said she was sold out but would extend us if anyone canceled. Someone did cancel and the GM notified us ASAP to extended our room. The whole hotel was super clean.

No matter what location, this casual extended stay hotel always has a warm welcoming feel. The staff is great. They are friendly and want to make your stay great. The kitchens provide everything you need. The rooms smell fantastic. The beds are comfy. With all the people staying longer term, it has a feel of an apartment complex or upscale dorm rather than a hotel. I just love it here.

I had a terrible experience else where in town and came here at 9pm in the night last minute. And it was a treat. The staff was SO personable on arrival, which I don't expect really late at night. The room was SPOTLESS. It smelt good, no carpet, swept and clean. Bathroom was clean, kitchen was clean and you could see little details like stickers on paper towels to show they had been there. Mattress was spotless and clean. Breakfast was good, they had a good variety and refiled quickly. The little breakfast sandwich were delish.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained.We booked a studio suit with 2 queen beds and a kitchen and dining area. As a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, we received complimentary high-speed internet and breakfast (which I believe is complimentary for all guests). We had a small issue initially when the receptionists informed, we need to pay 24$ for stay though fully paid in advance with points and nothing due, which she waived later but unable to explain about this charge.||The hotel's location is great, being conveniently close to restaurants and gas station Overall, we will surely recommend this Hotel to other travelers.

Husband and I frequent Marriott hotels, it’s our preferred chain of choice; however, service was lack luster for this trip. Front desk attendant copped an attitude when I asked ‘hello?’ when no was at the front desk and there was no bell; also, gave me a basically ‘what for’ for checking in early even though I requested an early check-in on the app; and they checked us out of the room well before the check-out time and we could not re-enter the room. Attendant blamed both key cards not working on electronics, then the new card she gave me didn’t work, and then didn’t say anything and handed me a new card when I went down for a third time. It was a very quick trip and there was nothing wrong with the room itself but just wish the service was better.
