Friendly staff service was great! The low score is for the Low quality of the rooms. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was the worst. There is no water pressure. It’s like a mist of water coming from the showerhead. It takes forever just to get yourself clean not relaxing at all. This was extremely frustrating.

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast bar was a highlight – a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The rooms were spotless, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided without fail. I wanted to share my experience here. The people here were the best. Check-in was smooth and the staff seems like they care. I was on a business trip and 500 miles from home. The pool and hot tub were clean and working, I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, and bed was great. The breakfast is wonderful, and the coffee was hot and not weak. |I had an issue arise with the A/C in my room. It seemed that it was not working correctly. I went to the front desk that morning and talked with Regina (she is so sweet) and told her about the issue, she informed maintenance, and Randy took care of it. It was 107 outside, but when I returned to the room that evening, it was a comfortable 70 degrees. I appreciate the professionalism, compassion and dedication that they showed. I hope my

The wifi is weak so the TV is constantly lagging. Almost unwatchable. The hot tub was broken which was a bummer. The towels are the roughest I have ever had in a hotel. On the good side is the breakfast (hot and tasty), the free cookies in the lobby and as I said before the staff here is super nice and did what they could to make it a nice stay.

Ok I booked because someone said comfy beds. NOPE. They are very firm and hard. I prefer soft and comfy. However, room is clean, no bed bugs and towels even smell clean!! Plus they had free cookies. My curtains don’t close all the way so light is in my eyes in the morning. 4 star for clean . Probably wouldn’t stay again just due to bed.
