Beware! Rip off! Charged me 180.00 for a 119.00 room! I was informed by the front desk that they disabled all discounts, like AAA, or senior. Because of that, you cannot make a reservation on the Bonvoy app. Overcharged and even the toilet paper was cheap. Greedy outfit and definitely not Marriot Bonvoy worthiness. It’s the first time as a Titanium member that I’ve lodged a complaint, I’ve never had a complaint until now. The front desk informed me that this has been going on for a long time and that’s why I can’t use the app and if enough people complain about it, they’ll do something about it. Well, I’m doing something about it. If you’re a Marriot Bonvoy member avoid this place like the plague.

This was a good travel stop on our drive home. While our hotel bathroom had maintenance issues, the property is clean and the room is well organized. It’s right next to the outlet mall and some restaurants. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bathroom tub faucet was loose but the shower worked and it had good water pressure.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size and comfort of our room. It was conveniently on the first floor. We had a kitchenette with a dishwasher, which was something we'd never had in a hotel before. Our reservation was for one night but after seeing the room with the high ceilings and spaciousness, we chose to stay an extra night. We stayed in the area because it was close to Westminster College but it was a bonus that the outlets were within a walk across the parking lot. There were also great restaurants within that short walk. The room and hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our family would happily stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Lacee greeted us and was super friendly and helpful when we arrived. Our room was wonderfully clean, I loved the gym (with all working equipment!) and I really enjoyed a dip in the 90 degree saltwater pool. Breakfast was awesome, and I have zero negative to say about literally any part of our stay. The gym was cleaned twice while I was there too, they clearly take cleanliness seriously here and that is the most important thing to me. 10/10 would stay again.

Beds were super outdated and hard , pool was nice alltho heat could have been turned up a little, hospitality was great front desk manager was very kind and accommodating, just felt as if beds could use a update , location is perfect to shop at outlets
