Towne Inn

Just passing through this town needed a place to spend the night to get some much needed rest, my husband and I had been driving for 16 hours 🙃 but to our disappointment the room was filthy, called the front desk and the manger came to inspect the room he said he checked the cameras the room was clean. When my husband asked could we have a different room he then told him no and then he said no refunds, hair , ashes, and dirty towels hid in the night stand and behind a chair all dirty of course but the room was clean to hear the manager say we couldn't go anywhere else we checked and all other hotels were booked . Save your money just sleep in your car! Do NOT stay here nasty and unprofessionally ran..

The lady at the front desk was very friendly, but the room itself was a bit dingy. The carpet and room in general were old. I wouldn't walk barefoot on the carpet. The pool was ok, but the wasp were a nuisance. We had to keep killing them while the kids played in the pool. The laundry room has one washer and one dryer, but were in good shape and we had no problems with them. It seemed like a pretty safe area, and is just off the main hwy. We ate at the Huddle House Restaurant next door, and the service and food there were good.

I feel compelled to leave an accurate description of the room I received. Room 114 was filled with roaches. I woke up to one roach, crawling on me and killed multiple others in the bathroom. When asked for a refund, Paul Patel denied my refund. Avoid booking at all cost unless you wanna bring home roaches places is disgusting

For the price it was great. The room was clean. Lisa at the the office was helpful and nice helping me get my room booked. We needed a room for one night for a funeral. The shopping was close by and plenty places to eat. We are at Tokyo highly recommend it. Over all our stay at this hotel was great. The beds were super comfy. We would love to stay here again if ever in the area again

Would definitely stay here again. Rooms looked great and smelled even better .
