If you’re single and just looking for a place to sleep alone this is it. We stayed here for 4 nights the bathroom door didn’t close all the way the little it did close you have to push in the door so hard to not get stuck inside of the bathroom that would wake the whole hotel up. The room smelled of mold or old water. Has no WiFi service if you stay there and good luck having cell service. . You on get 2 towels if you have a double room. Housekeeping comes in but only made 1 bed n took clean towels we had got from the front desk. When we went back to ask for more they acted like we took them. The picture on the website look nothing like the hotel this hotel needs lots of work and updating. If you look for something that looks cheaper n for a quick hour or 2 this is you place. You need to

Room was not serviced when we returned from work. We had checked in earlier then went to work at the paper mill. The beds did not have sheets or comforters on them. One of the beds had mattress cover only. The carpet had not been vacuumed as there was debris everywhere. Luckily my son and I had brought 2 extra sheets and 2 blankets.

Positive: The staff where nice Negative: Everything it was disgusting and moldy I have bed bug bites all over me and the front desk lied about pool not being open everyday. It was the worst place to stay

To begin with, the lobby appears to be updated recently with a beautiful barn door that possibly would lead into a breakfast area with a nice cooler that had drinks and snacks available to purchase as well as a computer for guests to use. Unfortunately the lobby set our expectations entirely too high for the night ahead. After a discussion regarding the need to place a credit card on hold for "incidentals" to which I declined, I was advised that if we caused any damages to our room that he ( Mr Patel ) would call the police. I told Mr Patel (the younger Mr Patel) that I would be OK with his choice to contact the authorities if we did in fact cause any damage to the room. Mold growing inside bed tables, bed bugs, dirty carpets, rude custom service. No comforter on the bed. Dingy towels and bed linens. The worst hotel experience I've ever had. And we travel all over Tennessee and Alabama for work. I feel gross! All my stuff is in black trash bags sitting in the sun. Because heat kills bed bugs! No wifi either, even though its advertised that there is! Bad key/lock systems as well!
