Town House Motel

Me, My husband, and our daughter stayed 2 nights here and the 1st night we waited 30 minutes just to get a room and it was a $10.00 deposit then the morning came and we left and got our deposit back then came back that night got the same room and a little less of a wait this time but the guy was very rude and want a $20.00 deposit the night morning we checked out and went to get our deposit back and they only gave us $10.00 back and they kept the other 10 in there pocket we asked for a manger and the manager didnt do anything about it we will never be going back there they were so rude and they don't give your money back My husband is so upset not just because of the money but also because of how rude they were being not only to me and him but to our 1 year old daughter and to other people

My kids and mother in law spent the night there before going onto their road trip and room 105's mini split system was barely blowing out any cool air. I understand that the room was hot before they got in there and I know it takes a while for a room to cool down but, the unit was barely blowing out any air.

The location was not good it was to far from the freeway and there was no eating places close by and had to pay a 20 dollar deposit and the snack machine didn’t work but the beds were clean and comfortable and had to pay for ice no breakfast and NO COFFEE MACHINE IN THE ROOM

The bathroom light didn't work. The tub was dirty. There were a number of roaches, a large number of roaches. The ice machine didn't work. And the bed linens were not clean. Staff wasn't very helpful. We were a little behind schedule vacating the room, and they were cool about that. It's a bit overpriced for what you get.
