No surprise it is closed due to all the black mold and outdated wiring. He was warned years ago. The owner has no one else to blame except himself for neglecting the property

We rented a place here as we just came back to the area. On wednesday at 11:30am we was notified by text that over the next 3 days maintenance would be working on the electric. No where did it state we would be without electric for 3 days. So each day after work after 7 pm. I would ask if we would have electric. And each day they would say tomorrow. On the 3rd day we was text that we needed to be out on Wednesday bcuz I supposedly yelled at the maintenance man. The "managers" wasn't even there to know whether I did or not. Which I did not. I simply said Will we have electric tonight? Like i had every night since they started working on the electric. Him and another neighbor was in our room till midnight working on the electric. And we went until Monday without having electric in the bath

The rooms are infested with roaches and bugs. Absolutely disgusting

HORRIBLE PLACE!! Stayed there while looking for a house and it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! Mold all over the furniture, under the bed, door frames and walls. As a result of the mold infestation my child and self became sick and now have to see a specialist. The owner, a doctor in Gulf Shores seems to think this is acceptable and refuses to fix the on-going problem. One we knew nothing about until it was too late. And to top off the hell we went through, which included us having to throw away a good portion of our belongings (as to not transfer mold spores), they over charged 50.00 and kept all deposits (never stated they were non refundable) so, 250.00 was also stolen from us. The sign says WEEKLY RATES. Some of the people who live here are on a fixed income and lucked out to be able to stay here. Quiet little place no loud music sign inside says if the police come a knocking you better be packing no drugs allowed. Was here 12 years ago and it has not changed.
