Grand Riviera Rv Resort — Foley, Alabama

Renters beware. After renting a spot for 3 months the HOA and property management group, ocean breeze, decided to change the resort rules to prohibit temporary pet fencing. Without any grace period they made the rule effective immediately and began imposing fines for violations. Fortunately for me the owner I rented from allowed me to recover cost for the month I had yet to stay allowing me to move to a much more accommodating resort. Be mindful that these people will change the rules during your stay. The Grand Riviera RV rental group will not allow refunds for early departure. Be prepared to have the resort rules change without consideration for the impact it will have on the renter.

We just stayed a month at this resort (lot 136) and it was the smoothest booking we've ever done. I’m embarrassed to say we were skeptical at first because we came across the add on FB market place. Instead of the owners being offended, they assured us the site/rental was legitimate, sent over a legit contract, and eased our minds! The resort itself was very clean. The laundry and sitting areas were also very well kept and convenient. Daryl & Mary was great to deal with. They had a beautiful site with a new fire pit/seating. I HIGHLY recommend, and we can’t wait to swing back through Foley, AL. 🤍 10/10 recommend!

Very up scale RV park. Little on Pricey side but very quiet and up kept well. WiFi worked great. Dumpster is little inconvenient, outside of the park. Pools are very nice and clean. Bathroom and shower were very nice, modern and clean.

We stayed for nine days in the heart of Foley. Less than five minutes from the Outlets, Lambert’s, Owa, and the ball field. It was the nicest, quietest, friendliest RV Park we have stayed at. Three pools, concrete sites, three bath houses, and laundry rooms. We went to The Track, Waterville, and Gulf Bowl. Ate at Lambert’s, Old ElPaso Mexican restaurant, Tacky Jack’s, and The Hangout. My grandkids want to know when we can go back, they absolutely loved it.

Stayed here for two weeks in early Oct. Great place! So well kept, beautiful landscape, clean and the amenities, 3 pools, one heated 2 dog parks, 2 laundry facilities, playground, fishing pond! This RV Resort is so close to everything you could ever need or want to do. We’ve found our new winter, home away from home!
