Towers at North Myrtle Beach

Maintenance horrible been waiting since yesterday for maintenance to put a stopper in. They just arrived at1023am we checked in yesterday at 3p. When I talked to actual maintenance department man said he left my office 1hr ago to come there and we didn't have to wait on him. How bout I wanted to use jet tub. registration and housekeeping very nice maintenance zero. Rating 100 percent about maintenance only. Frequent customer about to cancel September and October bookings since they don't care

Lovely clean and modernised hotel with amazing views from the balcony. We went with friends (who needed to walk through our bedroom to access the living room area and balcony). The lazy river pool was very relaxing as was the sunken hot spa. Direct access on to the beach was great and the firepit was fantastic in the evenings. My only complaint would be that the pool area could do with being freshened up and there didn't appear to be restrooms in the pool area (I had to use the smelly public ones outside the hotel area). Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Positive: Cleanliness Negative: The shower would not function correctly. Pull throttle on tub flow wouldn't completely seal.

We rented a privately owned condo. The condo was comfortable but it needed to update some of the electronics. We rented the week of 3/8 - 3/15. I understand this is not "in season" but we were there for a college softball tournament. My complaint was not our particular lodging but the facility itself. There was nobody around the "towers" to answer any questions you might have. Access to the pools was closed and you needed to find your own way to the pools through a parking garage. There were no signs or staff to help you navigate. The cafe was only open Thurs, Fri and Saturday with limited hours. There were many parents at the resort for the tournament with no place to grab a bite. I was sitting in the living room on the 17th floor when all of a sudden I see a rope dangling in front of

Great location. Right on beach. Free parking across the street. Furnished rooms with everything you need.
