North Shore Villas

We are very happy in our long term rental unit. This unit has everything we hoped for. Parking is a huge plus for us. Everyone at Grand Strand Resorts has been very responsive and accommodating with any question or concern we have had.

We stayed in room 1002 thru VRBO. It was perfect. Just loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The balcony was huge with nice furniture. I enjoyed breakfast outside at the table most mornings. Nice level access to the beach on the side of the property. Good for mobility challenged. Loved the pool, lazy river and hot tub. The groundskeepers went above and beyond keeping the whole property immaculately clean. Also loved that there is plenty of parking in the parking garage in the first 3 floors of the building and the elevators are super fast. I highly recommend this property and 1002 specifically!

Great location with beautiful beach. A bit dated but each year they do note-worthy maintenance and updating. Especially enjoy coming off-season when things are quieter.

The North Shore Villas are the way to go if you're going to vacation here. We had a 3 bedroom villa that was great at the end of the day, everyone could relax in their bedroom before heading out to dinner. The only reason there isn't 5 stars is because the wifi didn't work the entire time.

This is a beautiful, roomy, oceanfront set of condos. The condo we stayed in on the 4th floor was the best stocked kitchen that we have stayed in. Plenty of utensils, dinnerware, Seasonings, cleaning supplies, paper towels, plastic containers, plastic wrap, aluminum foil- just generous supplied of anticipated needs. The beds were comfortable and each had plenty of room. Having 3 bathrooms was also a plus. The grounds are well maintained as is the pool and lazy river. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. There are not a lot of high rises nearby so the beach wasn't overcrowded even during mid July. Scott and Lisa, the owners were easy to work with and maintained communication through texting. The condo was very clean. I will add them to my favorites list.
