One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! Super cozy lodging, delicious breakfast options with excellent coffee, fun trails out back (even with snow), and close to Mass MoCA! Staff were the absolute best. Altogether an amazing winter weekend, cannot recommend enough!

what a rip off! everything was phoney and over priced they suggest they are a rustic cabin experience and charge $20 for yogurt (a teaspoon serving). the desk staff were rude in their efforts of coolness"i think the pool is open" " you want breakfast? fill out the card" o btw you pay for the "complimentary" coffee when you sign out and get a surprise charge of $15 a day "art adventure fee." part of the new culture of "truth" i guess!

As a Hyatt Globalist who travels frequently, here is a brief review of my stay: • Extremely expensive F&B, even compared to NYC. $18 for basic brewed coffee, and unfortunately the food was very bland. I recommend dining elsewhere. • Very thin walls. You can clearly hear the neighboring room’s TV and conversations. • Service feels understaffed and rushed. One staff member handling both the front desk and lounge makes everything chaotic Lastly, The entire room floor was oddly very sticky…… I hope this feedback helps improve the overall guest experience.

Ive stayed here 3 times during different seasons. Summers here are great with the outdoor pool and showers. Fall is great time for foliage and outdoor fires! The rooms are beautiful and the property itself is very peaceful. Its a great place to rest and relax but theres not much to do in immediate area aside from mass moca and outdoor activities so may be hard to spend multiple days here. For us it’s the perfect one night away from the city. The room service is excellent with the ability to text drink and snack orders to be brought to you anywhere on the property. We opted for breakfast onsite which was a little overpriced but tasty. I would love it if they added a sauna or hot tub!

A special place with a high level of service. Staff goes above and beyond. The location is serene and the rooms immaculate. I’ve stayed in many boutique hotels but this is one of the very best I have experienced.
