Tomahawk Motel

Cute little place from the outside. That is where it ends. Some sort of loud compressor noise ALL night. No reading lamps except an inoperable fluorescent tube thing that had very sharp edges and was dangerous if you tried to sit up in bed. No coffee maker. Oh, and Cockroaches.

The place is Very old and run down . Furniture was old and broken. Tub was very old and dirty, Roaches and water bugs in room. Walked in the room, saw the condition and went to front desk and checked out. Bright spot the gentlemen and the desk was very understanding. He apologized several times and refunded my money.

Clean, comfortable enough. I've definitely stayed in worse. This is a small town and a family business, so don't expect luxury and toiletries. It's charming in that Dark Americana way. The suggestion I'd make for the owners is to add ironing boards, blow dryers, and an extra pillow on the bed. Otherwise, really, there just isn't much to complain about.

Very clean very friendly great food at Otto’s just 5 minutes away.

Thanks for meeting our expectations of a roach dive motel. The first one was coming out from the bottom of the mirror when we turned on the light. The second one on the floor. Let’s not forget bed bugs! HORRIBLE nights sleep! Maybe also pull out the beds and sweep and mop, if that’s not too much since it’s non carpeted and disgusting. Lastly, the tv only last for 10-15 minutes before you have to disconnect it and reconnect it to get would back. Stay at your own risk!!!! Stay clear of room 274!!!!!
