Tollgate Inn

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location for shopping and dining, easy parking, easy check in, safe (security staff on site) comfortable beds and nice living room furniture, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary dishes, stove, large fridge, quiet and reasonable prices. The suites are very large. I highly recommend staying here. I will never stay anywhere else when I come to visit Naples. I love this property.

The hotel is very clean and smells good. Our family visited the Great Wolf Lodge again and decided to rent a nearby hotel to save money by not staying at the Great Wolf Lodge and we made a great decision! This hotel is only 6 minutes away, the price was affordable and it offers free breakfast!!!! The front desk rep that checked us in was impatient when asked to repeat the info he stated. He seemed it bit bothered which wasn't good customer service. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance and we weren't advised about this when before checking in. Besides this, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind staying again in the future!

My family recently stayed at this hotel when we came into town for a soccer tournament. Our son's whole team stayed at this hotel. It had the basics and was clean. They are currently undergoing some renovations at this time, but no noise or disruptions ocurred. The kids had a great time by the pool. The adults in our group wished that the outdoor bar area had been opened. It looks like something that would do great on weekends! Breakfast was on the basic side. Waffles, cereal, biscuits, bagels, hard boiled eggs, toast, etc were available each day. The hot items changed from day to day. It was fine for what we needed. The staff was great, friendly, and efficient. Our room faced I-75 and we did hear some sirens as rescue vehicles often had to use this highway entrance to get out to

Positive: The price. The pool was nice, the breakfast was decent. Negative: They seem Nazi on the smoking. I never smoke indoors, but they oversign everywhere.Also, the pool closing at 8 is way too early.

Booked the whirlpool suite for 3 nights called hotel to confirm the guy said okay got there maybe hr later he had "overbooked" and gave room away room they put us in A/C didnt work wasn't close to amount that I paid next night gave us sweet ac is not blowing room shows 80 degrees thermostat in hall isn't below 80 either . ASKED the front desk 3rd shift dude told me that there are issues with ac some rooms do not have ac had to give up the room AGAIN. So .. that sucked and for Residents there is an additional 300 charged to your card . Spoke to a manager she was kind and attempted to help the first time . I feel ripped off and for the amount of money spent really wish I went somewhere else I stayed here a lot before won't be back . Which suck I like the location. Staff is nice pool is
