Toler's Timeout ATV Cabin

The Toler Timeout was a great place to stay! Mark was a very gracious host we utilize the fire pit a lot and he provided all the wood. He was extremely accommodating and checked on us throughout our stay. Mark provided trail passes & had them sitting on the table waiting for us. We had to leave a day early due to a severe snow storm and get back home as we live six hours away. He was gracious enough to take off that last nights charges as well so very understanding. We would definitely stay there again! 100% recommend.

We have stayed at all of the Fat Boys cabins, My favorite is Toler Time Out. We try to go every year and sometimes twice a year. Mark is a great host. He will help make your stay more enjoyable! He has connected us with an air boat ride, trail guides. Given us tips on different trail connections. This is his hometown, he knows it, he loves it, & he’s proud and he will share his knowledge with you. Or if you don’t want anything or need anything, He will make sure you have everything you need once you arrive. It’s a home away from home. With a host that will accommodate. If we go to the Buffalo side, We will be staying at a Toler cabin. Friendly, Clean, Affordable & easy access to trails. One stay & you will return. This place just can’t be beat!!!! 5 stars

Mark Toler was so helpful and really made our stay. Hot tub was clean amd cleaned every 2 days. Wood was available for bon fire (on the built in swings facing the creek) the was a grill available as well. Permits and paperwork were waiting when we got there. House was clean and very comfortable. Would recommend! Only downside was the 2 upstairs bedrooms didn't have doors... I forgot to ask about that. Central ac was great for the 90° high humidity days. Flood lights on at night did get in my window, but wasn't a huge deal. The neighbor across the street was a bit of an eyesore, but seemed nice enough.

This cabin is located in a great place to access all the trails. The host is wonderful to deal with and super hospitable.
