The Adkins House / Local Goat ATV Resort

Very clean and lots of space! Went with three couples and two children, plenty of room in the house for all of us. Wifi works great. I wouldn't say plenty of parking but we made it work. They do have a small hot tub and a fire pit. It's kind of more residential than expected but fine for our smaller group. We would definitely stay again if we have a small group, Local Goat looks nice also so we plan on trying them out in the future! Great responses from the owners too, anytime we had questions!

All local goat cabins are awesome! This house in particular is excellent because: has a good size garage where you can keep your machines (hopefully not fix 😂), trail access is across the street, plenty of parking, very private, plenty of space in the house and the host Jordan is always accommodating! Next month it will be out returning trip # 8. Cheers.
