Tiny Village Orange TX

The Tiny Village in Orange, TX is such a gem! A sustainable tiny-home community nestled in the middle of lumber country — super unique and very peaceful. The design and build quality are impressive, and the unit I stayed in had everything I needed: washer/dryer, full kitchen, great storage, and beautiful morning and evening views. The village is still under construction, but you honestly wouldn’t know it other than occasionally seeing workers walking by (at one point someone casually carried a dishwasher on their shoulder — impressive!). It remained quiet and relaxing. The crews were professional and respectful. You can clearly see the vision for the property — there’s a man-made pond and shared outdoor gathering area in progress that will make this space even more special once complete.

I’ve stayed here several times and always come back. It’s such a comfortable, quiet place, with a well-equipped kitchen that has everything I need to cook family meals. The outside deck is one of my favorite spots to relax and enjoy some quiet time.

Good beds, really cool atmosphere. The design is awesome and the outside peaceful with a little kitty every now and then. The upstairs is kinda hard to get to cus the roof is a little low so you gotta crouch, wouldn’t recommend anyone with back problems to risk going up there haha. That and the fact that there are large glass wall panels means the floor will inevitably get cold in the winter. But besides that this spot is amazing and the owner is so kind too, I suggest trying it out.

These homes offer a tranquil and full living experience. Everything you need is here just bring your clothes. It is a great place for employers to house your employees. Affordable with all the necessary comforts of home vs hotel living. Saves on eating out cost which provides a healthier life style while still a great location to all the local favorite dinning and hangouts. I've been on the property for 8 months and have excellent communication with owners. An o site maintenance make any situation quickly resolved. I cant thank the owners enough for superior living.

I’m in the manufactured and modular home business, and Tiny Village in Orange, TX truly impressed me. The homes are exceptionally well-designed, the property is clean and thoughtfully laid out, and the community has a great feel overall. With the new refinery coming to the area, this is one of the best-positioned housing options around. Well done to the team — Tiny Village sets a new standard for quality and value.
