Tims Ford Fairview Campground

WORST CAMPGROUND EVER! You shouldn't stay here. When I first got here I thought it was a very pretty campground. I even added on a day. Then the herds of kids running wild came in. Running through the sites screaming through the night. Racing are scooters and bicycles down the road nearly hitting me several times. Coming up to the back of my camper and looking in the windows. Taking up your spot in the water behind the camper so you can't even get in and out of the water without going down a bit. The rudest most uncontrolled children I've ever seen. And the parents were worse! I mentioned it to the staff and the refused to help. They need to fire everybody that works there and start all over again with fresh crew. The campground was very nice & the swim beach was wonderful! The entrance to the campground was very tight, I don't care that there were lines painted on the road saying there was room for two vehicles to pass= there is not!! Especially where the gate is, you'd better go slow & wait your turn going in or out! They need one of those giant domed mirrors there so motorists can see both ways! I do like that there is a gate that you can put your code in, it feels more secure, but traffic can bottle up there. There is a dollar store right down the road for all the things you forget or run out of. We had a very relaxing weekend!

Great campsites in Fairview Devil Step campground. Most right on the lake. Very friendly hosts. Good hiking trails around portions of the lake. Beautiful in fall

The campground is nice and clean. Seems very family friendly. It's right on the lake. Only complaint you are packed it like sardines and the fire pit was not convenient to our patio area.

All rv sites have full hookup had a great time will come back
