If I could rate this place a -0 I would , absolutely horrible place and I do NOT recommend coming here for any of your needs , don’t rent a place to live , don’t even rent a cabin from the owner and his wife. Wouldn’t even put your rv there to camp. $205 a week , $820 in all for a one bedroom one bath little place that I can tell you was NOT nice at all.. former residents left things in the place and no one cleaned up , there was a old bike on the side of the house , the little porch was nasty. Other miscellaneous things like nails in the gravel where people was suppose to park. And the stove kept going on and off and he ( Raymond Thomas Huskey Jr. ) said that if we would use the stove we will have to flip the breaker every single time.. and the shower light you have to plug in, no switch.

Just wanted to do my part in warning fellow campers to stay away from this place. I should have known when the owner admitted to being called a slumlord by previous tenants that this place was less than desirable. The cost will draw you in but trust me, the owner will do whatever he can to get as much money out of you as possible. In our case he tried to tell us our security deposit is being withheld because we didn't stay long enough and he was going to pay taxes with it. To be clear, Tennessee State law strictly prohibits security deposits to be used for anything except damages or abandonment of property. Not taxes totaling almost 20%. He is a crook, he won't give you his real name, and you'd be better off doing business with anyone else. This man gives family owned businesses a terribl

I wanna say the guy owns this place is good man. He helped my dad out. He didn't have to but he did. God Bless You Sir. So if ever in Winchester, TN check it out. Thank you again sir.

This was a beautiful cabin. It came in time for peace and quiet. I love this place
