Tiger View Lodge

I have stayed at Crown Ridge Tiger Sanctuary many times over the past 20 years. The staff & volunteers are very knowledgeable, caring & personable. I haven't heard a question asked yet that they could not answer in detail. It's heartwarming to see the care and devotion given to these wonderful animals that had such a rough life prior to coming to the sanctuary. The big cats are beautiful and so fun to watch. You can tell they are happy! |The lodging has everything you need, comfy beds and beautiful property. Check in/out is a breeze! |Make sure to book a tour - they are very informative, interesting & entertaining! |There are nice wineries & restaurants in the area, and there's plenty to do in historic St Genevieve.

This was really an overnight building inside the Crown Ridge Tiger Sanctuary. There are 3 buildings one can stay in (Tiger Den, Tiger Pointe, Tiger View Lodge). We stayed in Tiger View Lodge because it is the only building where you can see the tigers from inside the building. Highly recommend. Our room was large, comfortable, had a private bath. There are 2 patios; one overlooks the tigers, the other overlooks the countryside. The lodge has several shared rooms; kitchen, dining room that flows into living room with fireplace, room with billiard table flows into room with TV/games. Very spacious. Building has 4 bedrooms. I visited Crown Ridge Tiger Sanctuary this past week. We stayed onTuesday and Wednesday night in Tiger Pointe 5. I visited with my daughter and four year old granddaughter. We all had a wonderful time. Our room was basically a condo, it was huge and immaculately clean. We had a king size bed, and it was very comfortable. Plus there was a jacuzzi tub! There was everything you would need in the kitchen and they even provided muffins, oatmeal, bottled water, and coffee. We also had a balcony with a beautiful and relaxing view. It was amazing! We booked a VIP tour which we really enjoyed and learned a lot about the tigers that live there. We also were able to visit the tigers whenever we wanted. What was most important to me though, was that it's an actual sanctuary, not a roadside zoo. The t

We had a wonderful stay at the Crown Ridge Tiger Sanctuary Lodge! The room was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfortable! The two resident cats came to greet us which was really cute! The best part was getting to see the beautiful tigers any time we wanted to. We took the morning tour and it was so interesting and informative and we got some great pictures of the tigers. The location is so peaceful and pretty, too. It was only about a 10 minute drive to a lovely winery which was great. I would definitely recommend a visit here, you won't be disappointed!

We were in room 6. It has a King bed in a separate room and a sleeper sofa in the main area. Plenty of space for a family of 4, though we had plenty of floor space to fit more people. Kitchenette was fully functional but we only stayed long enough to use the fridge. We had breakfast on the private balcony. We walked along the cages around 8pm for 30min and again in the morning around 9am. Happened along the feeding of Shakira. Unfortunately by the 10am tour time, it was raining pretty hard and the Tigers were less interested in their outdoor space. The kids spent time looking for the two domesticated but outdoor cats. Sunrise and sunset was breathtaking. |It’s only 15minutes from the RIVER rapids water park and American Custard so kids were entertained and sugared up.
