Three Schooners Landing

We had unit 1 and it was super quiet, no creeky stairs. The unit had an ice maker and all of the spices and kitchen utensils needed- most importantly a coffee maker! There is a washer and dryer, 2.5 baths and it sleeps 6.... or 8 if you use the pull out couch. I can see the boats from here and everything is new and clean. There is a private grill and fire pit too. It's 7 minutes from a cool bowling alley and the kids had arcade games there too. You can even rent out the other two units so 24 people could party together. Very nice, would come back.

Every two years we do a family vacation. This year we were fortunate to find Three Schooners Landing. . The condos were comfortable and conveniently located. The owners were friendly and answered questions in a timely manner. The children, especially liked the large yard. We enjoyed beach days, music at the ball field, restaurants, golf, playground, local Farm markets, the fire pit and evening walks for ice cream. We highly recommend Three Schooners Landing. Thank you! We love it here - the condos are clean, comfortable and well stocked. Makes staying at Sodus Point super easy. The view from the back deck is just so beautiful and relaxing!

We have stayed in all 3 units. This last trip our bathrooms were not cleaned (dead bugs still on the back of the toilet) toiletries were not replenished and we were booked literally with a family one each side who brought 9 cars with them to where my car had to parked in the grass .... little disappointing this trip 😒

Amazing location, walking distance to the docks and restaurants. Very clean and spacious. Spent two nights here and it was great! We rented all Three Schooners with 6 other couples while in town for a wedding and it was fantastic. Highly recommend!
