Sodus Point Lake Ontario KOA

This used to be one of our favorite places, but ever since KOA and owner Jessica took over, everything has changed for the worse. The rates have skyrocketed, and the service has become unacceptable due to a few individuals who have ruined our experience. We stayed in August 2025, site #82 and while that visit was satisfactory, it doesn’t justify the outrageous price hike or the poor customer service we encountered from Jessica and a few others. When we attempted to rebook the same site and is the most expensive site available, Jessica insisted on charging us a lock-in rate to guarantee it. Not only was this an insult but this was despite the fact that we were returning campers for the fifth time! It’s clear she has no interest in valuing loyal customers or improving her customer service.

This is an amazing KOA! First, the staff are so incredibly friendly. The views are gorgeous and the entire place is so peaceful. This is by far one of our favorite spots!

This was our third time here. The first 2 times were pretty good. This last time. Over the July 4th weekend 2023. I wish I could have said it was good as well.|I filled in the info for our RV, 32'Class A with slides on the drivers side. In a class A you are obviously going to pull in so the front windshield has the lake view. And we did. Beautiful view over the lake. But, the hook ups were all on the passenger side. Hence, across the very small patio area. No room to move the picnic table to the other side. And with ours. And neighbor's awning open. You had barely 3 feet between them. So, you we had the sewer and power hook up right across the patio. Huge trip hazard. Not to mention it looked bad. Other than that. The campground isn't bad. Justr be aware that site 92 isn't meant to be used

Very nice well kept campground with great views. The location makes a lot of fun to do things accessible. We would stay there again!

Great campsite with great views of Lake Ontario. Sunsets are gorgeous and lot of places to visit locally.
