Since the new owners took over a few years ago we have had several problems with communication on their end. If she doesn’t like it she ignores it and just won’t respond!! She has not kept her word about prices and tries to over bill us!! Charged us for 4 nights of RV camping when we were only there 3 nights!! Charging for things that were already a problem when we got there…. Looking for another place after almost 50 years of using this camp for our family reunion without any complaints until these new owners😡. Judy Wilder FARMER FAMILY REUNION

I usually never slam or write a bad review do to the fact people sometimes have a bad day or week. My family has been going to the same camp since 1975 for our family Reunion. About 4 years ago the camp was sold and the new owner welcomed us and grandfathered us in at the same price we had been paying. Also said as long as we never cancel on our weekend it would be the same. The second year she changed our week. We reminded her of her commitment to us about keeping the same weekend. She then after 8-9 months of calling texting and emailing gave us a weekend two weeks later then what we were suppose to have. The fun park employees was very rude and treated a lot of my family badly that year. I talked to the mgr and she told me to get out of her bubble. ( very mature ) after talking to the

My family has been going to this place for 48 years but kim bought the place 4 years ago and grandfathered us in at the same price. Every year since she has told us that there were things wrong with the building even though she or an employee did a walk thru with us prior to leaving and nothing was wrong. Again this has been going on for 4 year now and she tries to up charge us on everything. Needless to say since Kim bought the property the air conditioning hasn’t work properly, restrooms and showers haven’t worked and have been unusable during our stay there and employees at the fun park have been completely rude to us, communication with her was horrible and if she didn’t like what you said she would ignore your calls, texts, emails and not even reply. We recently had the Altus Pop Expo here and it is a great venue. I love the colored lights outside for extra ambiance. The people that run it are very nice and it was clean and perfect for a convention or even a family reunion. I am not sure if they did the food too but it was excellent with a vegan option that you just don't find locally! They sponsor several conventions throughout the year so I will be coming to these. The parking is good too even though it looks small from the outside there is a lot of space to park. We will definitely be back next year and get an additional booth too!
