Quartz Mountain State Park Lodge

Everything about this hotel felt welcoming, from the warm reception to the peaceful atmosphere. The room was tidy, well-equipped, and offered a great level of comfort. The staff were kind, efficient, and always made sure guests felt appreciated. The location was ideal and made it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, this has not been a positive experience so far—and I haven’t even stayed at the property yet. After making my reservation, I noticed a discrepancy. While I understand mistakes can happen, I’ve left three messages for the manager over the past two weeks and have not received a single call back. The lack of response has been frustrating and concerning. I am hoping this can be resolved, but the communication issue does not inspire confidence at this point.

The lodge was really nice, very clean and the room was perfect. The staff that checked us in and out were so kind.

Room was nice the issue was the lavatory sink wouldn't drain. It was reported they came and looked but the issue wasn't resolved. The restaurant was excellent both in foot quality and service. The views were great.

The folks that work at the Lodge are incredibly nice and helpful. I had made an error in booking and they wee really helpful and considerate. We were there for a wedding, virtually everyone that I talked to said they wished they had another 1 - 3 days. We stayed in a cabin on the water. The restaurant folks are understaffed until May. They were trying very hard, need more help.
