The Wilbur Lititz, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We had a corporate meeting here. Staff and hotel itself is wonderful. Front desk, staff and restaurant is great. As far as the Sales coordinator goes - I would not work with Lynsay Warner again. The service I received from "Sales" was not good. We ordered the catering which was fine. You are not to bring "outside food" in which I get - I would not want someone trying to pull one on them and cater something on your own - totally understandable. One of my guests brought in doughnuts for fauschnut day as a gift and we were accused of bringing in outside food. Instead of apologizing and checking in - She told me she will not charge me (as if she is giving me a facor) and let me know ahead of time next time. The catering manager acted nice, but must have "tattled" on the doughnuts since

Very nice motel with ideal small-town location. Room was clean, spacious and had small extra touches. Shower was excellent with a control that allowed the temperature and the volume to be adjusted (all showers should work this way). Digital keys worked flawlessly. The lobby seating area was spacious and had plenty of seating options and all the equipment in the fitness center worked. All in all, would highly recommend.

Splendid hotel situated in the heart of a historic and cultural neighborhood. The building was until recently a chocolate factory so the decor is industrial but cozy with huge swaths of exposed brick, beams, and weathered floors. The guest rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The steakhouse onsite has superb dinners, and also serves a few tasty items for breakfast. The menu has some vegan sides available. Onsite parking is easy to access. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Lovely hotel with gorgeous rooms. The architect used original features of the old chocolate factory, such as wooden beams, to make the rooms unique, stylish, and cozy. Molten Brown toiletry products in the bathroom really up the luxury factor. It is the staff, however, who make the experience exceptional. Nicest people I have ever met in the hospitality industry. And, did I mention the free Wilbur chocolates at check-in. If you come during the Winter holiday season, their decorations will make you warm inside! We love this place, and at least twice a year for a relaxing retreat. Hilton brand done right. Thanks, guys.

What an amazing hotel! We were here on vacation for our toddler’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel special at every turn. The hotel is also very fun, located right in the middle of a charming town with lots of shops, and themed around the former chocolate factory the building once housed (it is currently across the street and you can grab chocolates there!). Loved everything about our stay, but most of all a giant shoutout to the staff. Kate welcomed us via email and really was such a wonderful host, along with the team here, for our family. Thank you!
