Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lancaster-Lititz by IHG

Check in was very smooth and expedient. The hotel is in a great location, is clean and up-to-date. My room is very spacious, super cozy and clean. The bed is very comfy and enabled me to relax. Breakfast was the usual spread and leaves you full ready to hit the say running. I absolutely recommend this place to fellow travelers.

My sister and I stayed at the Holiday Inn for 13 day because our apartment was being remodeled. Our stay was awesome.The staff was very nice and friendly. I am in a wheelchair so breakfast, they checked on me and make sure I was OK and if I needed help.The housekeeper did a great job too.Thank you very much!!

Clean, friendly and close too everything. Nice pool, breakfast and rooms. Bed was a little rough, but to be fair my mattress at home is a high end memory foam, so most hotels won't compare. Hotel is pet friendly and they have ample dog walking areas.

My military husband and I both travel frequently for work so we stay in hotels a lot, and Holiday Inns are usually my favorite. However, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn!! We booked this hotel for 2 nights while in town for a wedding - immediately upon entering the room, it was hot and humid, we adjusted the thermostat to cooler but the unit barely worked and you could not feel the fan 1 foot away. (Of note, the outside temp was only in the 40s so it was not a hot day). It was unbelievably cooler and had more air flow in the hallway right outside our room. We got zero sleep, and went to the front desk at 8am the next morning to ask to change rooms.
